It's More Fun In the Philippines

This was the view from our bathroom window at the Majestic Resort, Puraran Beach, Catanduanes. Ultimately refreshing. Taking a bath is more fun in the Philippines.

'Nuff said. Taken at Malcapuya Island, Coron, Palawan.

These sea urchins, which only cost P10 each, served as our breakfast while we were at White Beach in Camiguin Island, Mindanao.

My cousin Paolo drove us along the dusty, beaten roads of San Mateo's hills. When on the mountains, driving is more fun in the Philippines. ;))

Basketball is the most popular sport in the country. In the absence of a basketball court, makeshift basketball hoops are created by Filipinos. This is Nicco, playing basketball on this makeshift basketball court at Banana Island, Coron, Palawan. (Thanks to the sturdy coconut tree!)

Traditional or modern courtship - it's always more fun in the Philippines. Taken at Grandpa's Inn in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.

There's nothing more enchanting than meditating at the Kapurpurawan White Rock Formation in Burgos, Ilocos Norte.

Meetings are indeed more fun in the Philippines, especially with artifacts fresh from the Second World War. :p This was taken at the Japanese Tunnel located at the foot of Lignon Hill, Albay.

It was one hell of a road trip with this kind of scenery - an aqua blue sea at our left and a lush mountain range at our right! This was at the Patapat Viaduct in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. Heaven.

Photo from Val Campos. Edited by me.
People who do not have shower rooms take a bath using water coming from what we call "poso." The resort's bathrooms at Pagkilatan, Batangas were occupied so we chose to take a bath using the "poso." Well, why not? When...it's more fun. :)
